You may request an exchange or return for store credits within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or DM on Instagram (@slayinintrend). We do not offer refunds.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, or unwashed, with all tags attached. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Exchanges in Lebanon:
For Lebanon-based orders, we will arrange for the delivery company to pick up the item(s) you wish to return and provide you with the new requested item(s). A delivery charge will be applied for the new shipment.

International Exchanges:
For international returns, it is your responsibility to cover shipping fees and any customs charges when returning items to us.

Damaged or Worn Goods:
Damaged, worn, or altered goods are not eligible for return or exchange and will need to be paid for in full by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If you receive damaged or defective items, replacements will be sent at no additional cost to you. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.

Once a return has been received (within the specified time), a store credit or exchange will be processed within 2-3 business days.
